Session 2 Intro to Theatre Makeup Class starts Monday, October 16th!

Our Intro to Theatre Makeup Class is going to be so much fun!

 

Students will be learning how to do their own stage makeup as well as different corrective makeup techniques for the stage. They will learn how theatre makeup differs from every day makeup, how to do fashion makeup and different types of stage makeup effects. They will learn how to work with character makeup specifics like time period, age or characterizations.

 

Students will also be learning some special effect techniques like wounds and scars and how to make these types of makeup jobs look realistic on the stage.

*Class is for students ages 12+

*Classes start Monday, October 16th and will run through December 4th

*Class is on Monday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm at the City Center

*Tuition is $60 + $25 enrollment fee for new students

*The enrollment fee is per family

 

No experience is required, however, students will be expected to be able to sit still for the hour long class and be able to focus on specific makeup application processes.
