Our Acting Class is open to students ages 15 to 25. This is a fun and fast paced, collaborative class. It's not a "sit-down-and-take-notes-theatre-appreciation" class. It's very active and involved. 

The focus will be characterization and learning different advanced methods for increasing your own characterization process in an engaging ensemble environment. Due to the more "advanced" nature of study, it would be preferred that all students have performed on stage before.

Students can expect to use some music to explore different types of theatre technique. We'll also being playing games and doing theatre exercises, as well as working with skits, sketches, different theatre genres,  fun character challenges, and more.

 

CLASS DETAILS:

CLASS TUITION: $100 plus $25 enrollment fee for new students

AGES: for students 15 to 25 (high school and college students)

DATES: Classes meet on Monday evening starting November 2nd and end on December 14th. (Class will not meet on November 30th)

TIME: 6:00-8:30pm

LOCATION: The City Center in Warr Acres (5741 NW 41st)
